Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GummiXGudd.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchased items since they are all final sales. This covers items bought with sale codes, flash discounts that are site-wide or tailored to the product, and holiday sales. Any mistakes made on the company's behalf will be corrected.

OVERSOLD ITEMS
Although it is rare, you will receive a refund for the item that is missing from your purchase, and the remaining items will be shipped if an item has been oversold and we are unable to ship it with your order. You will also receive a shipping refund if that one item makes up the entirety of your order.

PRICE CHANGES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted. 

Your order is eligible for a refund if the product you received is found to be defective.

If you are granted a refund, it will be sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method, you will be responsible for reaching out to your financial institution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

GummiXGudd makes no guarantees regarding how closely the product's color matches your monitor.

It should be noted that similar-named colors—such as Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.—used by different clothing manufacturers, brands, and styles are not always a perfect shade match to one another or to any of the alternatives in the GummiXGudd thread guide.

Changes in computer displays, resolution, color, tone, or any other display settings can cause changes in the fabric colors displayed on computer monitors.
